Personalised orders are printed to order and dispatched within 3 working days. Royal Mail Tracked 48, free over £30. Order by 12 December for Christmas.

Returns

Personalised items are made to order, so they can't be returned unless they arrive faulty or misprinted. If that happens, email us within 14 days and we'll reprint or refund.

You can also cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, except personalised items and opened food or hygiene products. Email support@vickersldn.co.uk with your order number. Faulty items are always refunded or replaced under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
